Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not satisfy this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Veo 4 Prompt provides a curated library of AI video generation prompts, educational resources on prompt engineering, and integrated tools to generate AI video and image content. Certain features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@sequentialroutine.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features are available exclusively to paid subscribers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• All charges are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Generate, upload, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Create or disseminate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. Violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Produce non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and, where required by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.

6. Content Standards

All content generated or submitted through the Service must comply with the following standards:

• Legal compliance: Content must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• No CSAM: Content involving or depicting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
• No non-consensual content: Content depicting real individuals in intimate or defamatory scenarios without consent is prohibited.
• No hate speech: Content promoting hostility or violence against individuals or groups is prohibited.
• Intellectual property: You must hold necessary rights for any content you input. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service that is provided by us — including the prompt library, written guides, UI elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sequential Routine Software and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

With respect to content you generate using the Service: you are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and any resulting output comply with applicable law and these Terms. We make no representations about your ownership of AI-generated output; such questions are subject to evolving legal frameworks in your jurisdiction.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEQUENTIAL ROUTINE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sequential Routine Softwareand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where required, notify you by email or prominent in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
